Here you can find helpful resources if you are utilizing UHG’s transaction department as well as submit new business to UHG.
UHG Partners
Submit your new business using the form above. When you earn a new listing or a new pending, you will need to inform us and your transaction/listing coordinator of your new deal! This form allows for United Home Group to keep your’s and the company’s numbers accurate as well as it gives your TC/LC all the information they need right from the jump! Remember to select “New Pending/Listing” if you’re using the UHG transaction department, if you have your own TC use the “Short Pending/Listing Notification” option when asked what form you would like to use. Congratulations on your new deal!!
UHG Subscription/Allegiance Partners
Submit your new business using the form above. When you earn a new listing or a new pending, you will need to inform us and your transaction/listing coordinator of your new deal! When asked what form you would like to use, you will be given the options New Listing, New Advanced Listing, or New Pending. You will select New Listing, when you want to do your listing on your own but you want our listing coordinator to manage compliance. New Advanced Listing is when you want help from our Listing Coordinator on all parts of the listing including photography coordination, MLS drafting, etc. on top of compliance management. If you have your own TC, go ahead and just use the New Listing option.

Transaction Coordinator Services
Listing Coordinator Duties
Initial Notifications
- Once you submit your form, emails will go out notifying Escrow Officers, Clients, Agents, Lenders and the UHG Hub of the new transaction as long as you select the “New Pending” form option and you have all checkboxes on the Pending Emails section checked.
- You’ll also get an email from your TC confirming receipt of the pending portal submission with Command and Compliance information.
Document and Compliance Coordination
- We will review the documents that you submitted and notify you if we are missing anything initially.
- A new opportunity/file will be created and documents will be uploaded to your compliance portal (KW Command)
- We’re also here throughout your closing period, as new files come through we will upload addenda and other docs for you including closing documents.
- We’ll verify with you timelines, purchase price, and other details in your transaction before submitting your Commission request to your market center.
MLS Update/Tracking
- If it’s a listing of yours, upon request we will update your MLS to “Pending” or similar status and then “Closed” when those milestones are reached.
Document Retention
- We save copies of all your pending documents in our digitial filing cabinet.
- If you need copies of documents we can pull them for you, even if they aren’t available in Command!
Review Requests
- Upon request, we will email your clients a “5 Star Zillow Review Request” via email.
- This is by request so we avoid reviews from clients who might not have something great to say.
Photography Coordination
- We’ll coordinate scheduling the photography shoot, just let us know your preferred vendor when you submit your listing.
Sign Install Coordination
- Need a sign installed? We can schedule and order that if requested. If you have a preferred vendor please let us know on your submission.
- We will also schedule it to be removed when you close!
Document and Compliance Coordination
- We will review the documents that you submitted and notify you if we are missing anything.
- If some of your documents have errors, no problem! We’ll let you know ASAP.
- Documents will be uploaded to your compliance portal (KW Command)
- We’re also here throughout your listing and closing period, as new files come through we will upload addenda and other docs for you.
MLS Data Build-Out/Creation
- We will build the listing in your MLS(s) using the data input sheets you provoide through the form.
- No Data input sheet, no worries! We will request that information from you.
- If your MC does not require Data Input Sheets for compliance, we can use an old MLS listing to base our data off of.
Document Retention
- We save copies of all your listing documents in our digitial filing cabinet.
- If you need copies of documents we can pull them for you, even if they aren’t available in Command!
Public and Private Remarks Drafting
- When we receive the photos, we will go through them along with whatever notes you give us to create public remarks.
- We’ll also add the private remarks you give us.
Listing Publishing
- No surprises, we’ll send you previews of your listing before we go live! You can either give us the green light to publish, or you can publish at your own time.
